Malacanang Palace released list of official holidays for 2011 on December 20, 2010 (Monday). The holidays is in lieu with the Proclamation No. 84 released and signed the the President of the Philippines - Noynoy Aquino. The proclamation listed the regular and special non working holidays. According to local reports, the holidays were patterned to RA 9492 - "Holiday Economics law".

In addition, national holiday declarations for Muslim celebrations like Eid'l Fitr and Eidul Adha shall be issued in the dates defined by the Islamic lunar calendar (Hijra). The proclamation added that the National Commission on Muslim Filipinos (NCMF) will be the one to inform the Office of the President the exact dates of the celebrations.

Mga schools lang ba ang dapat gugunita ng EDSA Revolution sa February 25, 2011 kc tanging sila lang ang walang pasok? Owkei cge po wala rin namang kasaysayan eh lalo lang ding nalugmok sa kahirapan ang bansang Pilipinas.
ReplyDeleteHi Mr. Noynoy, napaka-tuwid naman ng landas na tinatahak mo, sobrang tuwid na dumadating sa point na nakakasakal na..Im Sorry pero sana naman ung mga holiday na tumatama ng sunday imove mo naman ng nearest monday..kung titingnan mo ang calendar naka red na ang sunday meaning Pahinga na talaga un at default na un kapag dun pa tumama ung Holiday hindi un mararamdaman ng mga pinoy na manggagawa! Please consider these concern.
