Fish Kill in Mataas na Kahoy Batangas

After the horrific fish kill that happened at various municipalities of Pangasinan and Batangas last week, another massive fish kill happened on the other side of Taal Lake, specifically at Mataas na Kahoy, one of the municipalities of Batangas.


Local reports said that the fish cages owners in Lumang Lipa were shocked as they saw that most of their fishes are dead while some are gasping for air. Authorities said that there are about 50 fish cages in the area. Each of which are affected by fish kill.

Experts revealed the the massive fish kill was due to lack of oxygen underwater.

    im so sad the massive fish kill that is affecting the whole are of the taal lake.
