Reports from international news sites said that this scam comes in various forms and titles. The one is through Facebook feeds. You may encounter a message or a feed entitled "BBC News: Osama Bin Laden Death Video". A link that will tempt you to watch the death execution video at Abbottahad. Sad to say, this will just redirect you to answering several questions to continue. Just because you want to really see the real Osama death videos and some of his pictures, you might continue answering and downloading files while completing the survey. At the end, you will not really see the death execution photos and will not watch the execution videos. You just installed viruses in your computer along with downloading the files. So please beware of these scams.
Another Osama Facebook scam goes with the title "Aljazira Newz- Ossama Biin Ladden Raid Video", this scam also lead you to an untrusted website. Don't ever click this because you might not want to reinstall and lose your files. Update your antivirus and refrain from visiting malicious and untrustworthy links about Obama.
What to do?
As suggested, to stop the spread of this malicious social networking attacks both in Twitter and Facebook, experts said that you should have to remove the links displayed in your wall. Also delete the applications you have added while answering the surveys. If you received an email having the same title, also delete it.
Refrain from clicking links about Osama death photos and just visit trustworthy websites.
