SMARTBRO: Error 619 | A connection to the remote computer could not be established


Perhaps you are experiencing this error from SMARTBRO. Error 619, a connection to the remote computer could not be established. I have here some of the suggestions for your Smartbro stick to connect again to the internet. This actually worked for me, so it will also work for you if you encounter this error.

How to solve Smartbro: Error 619 Problem of SmartBro.

1. Disconnect your smartbro stick from your computer.
2. Uninstall the Smartbro on the Control Panel of your computer.
3. Load your smartbro with a minimum of Php. 10.00
4. Reinsert your Smartbro on the same USB port.
5. Reinstall the Smartbro installer.
6. Try to connect.

it works.

    i already tried reinstalling smartbro, but it still can't connect. it's always displaying the same error..please help me...it is the only broadband that has signal in our place..

    you can try to change network mode po.. click tools then options go to network sa network type po pwede nyo pagpalit palitin yan kung anu tingin nyo yon network na magwork xa for the mean time yon ang gamitin nyo, all bands lng sa network band

    TRY THIS GUYZ! VERY USEFULL to solve this problem, uplugg your usb kit. uninstall the sim card , then use another smart sim card that have a load a minimum of 15 pesos. then install it to your smart bro kit. then plugg in into your computer tapos wait ka untill it reach the signal of the smart after the click connect. that's all. may be your sim card has not enough load or simply your sim card is malfunction. try it and hope it will help. it work for me I thought it is my smartbro kit is the problem. :)

    hey simple if it aint work maybe ur sim is block just text roam off or roam on to 333 then text gprs on to 333 load ur cp and thats it ty:)))))))))))

    Sa tingin ko block ang sim mo!
    Insert another smart buddy sim na may 2 pesos minimum na load then connect sa smartbro then disconnect then balik mo ung dati mong sim na na ndi makakonek then gawin mo ung sinabi ni joe then connect mo. sana makatulong.

    block and sim pag ganun, i've already tried many alternative solutions but it did not work, until now i've been searching for the best solutions that would conquer errors na gaw ang smart

    for my experience the best sim to use yung dati pinaka luma na kc ako my probs din me minsan ganyan error 619 den bili me new sim after 1 day block n naman, so the best thing to do jst txt the word OFF then sent to 211 after receiving the message restart your cp and then send GPRS ON to 333. baka maka tulong yan senyo kasi sakin used ko now lumang sin krin malapit na mag 10 pcs new smart buddy sim ko peo the best prin si LUMANG sim.

    I'm using my smart buddy simcard coz' may smartbroken simcard is not working anymore.

    step I take.
    1.re-insert huawei usb - did not work
    2.pasaload 2 pesos. - did not work
    3.remove and insert the sim card to may phone then requested for another gprs/3g setting. by texting SET to 211 then ROAM OFF to 333. insert back the sim card to huawei usb, authenticating> authenticated - success

    khit ireinstall ganun parin po. may load nga un 60 tas naregister na sa unli surf ee di may 50 pa pro error 619 parin. pano un ? more solution please :)
